as for me, i love the ways steve makes his parkjet with simple to follow building steps. my first parkjet that i build from steve's plans are su-37. although its been decommision for quite some times, i love the build challenge of the su's.
n now after long rest, i figure out i can build something else from steve's plan. n for simplicity sake n limited resource, i choose his F/A-18.
This is my setup :
motor - APEX 1500kv + SF8040
ESC - 30A SS
Bty - 1300mah 20C 11.1v
Controls - Flaperons n stabilator(elevator)
AUW - 600g
as for what i've learned from my previous su's build, i safe the color scheme later after a successful maiden flight.
last weekend i just finish her after a two week on n of work. n its a disaster. my bad as i miss the step where i should do a range check. i loose control after 5 second it leave my hand. you can see how it looks before n after i fix her in the picture above. maybe try to remaiden her this weekend.
my mishap
